Our Response To The COVID-19 Pandemic

As you are aware, the COVID-19 outbreak is turning out to be an unprecedented situation for our generation to deal with.

With restrictions on movement usually associated with wartime, the impact on society will be large no matter how temporary the outbreak. Indeed, the Prime Minister has evoked a war-like plan, requesting an equivalent response from society to help deal with the situation. We understand that COVID-19 will impact the most vulnerable in society not only in terms of the people that will become critically ill, but also economically those communities and organisations with the least resources to adapt. At times like these, it is fundamental that organisations are able to communicate quickly and efficiently within their communities in order to give them the best chance to get through this. We are already seeing an increase in demand for the Ugenie platform from religious bodies and residential organisations for just this purpose. As a UK startup with a strong sense of responsibility for serving the most vulnerable, we believe we should do our bit to aid the UK to get through this difficult time.

As such, we are taking two steps:

1. Firstly, we are repurposing our pricing to provide discounted plans including three months of free usage for non-for profit organisations and deferred payment plans for smaller businesses.

2. Secondly, we will be holding weekly webinar sessions to empower and equip you with vital information that will change the game for your business in this time of uncertainty.

By coming together, we can get through the toughest of challenges. We take the view that every little helps and we hope our actions not only help society for the challenging period to come but also encourage others to take similar steps. I am making myself available to you if you'd like to discuss how Ugenie can help your business, click HERE to book a call with me. Alternatively, you can join me on one of our weekly webinar series.

We're in this together,

Susan Kabani | Co-Founder & CEO
